Galatians 5:6

For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love. “Galatians 5:6′

There are approximately 3000 religions that aim to lead people back to God after the Fall. However, not all of them acknowledge the existence of God. Being a Christian isn’t just about following religious rituals, it’s about having a intended relationship with God. This relationship is based on love between God and His spiritual children, and it’s established through faith.

As we journey with God and believe in Him, our inner being or spirit undergoes a transformation that impacts the rest of our lives. This transformation is not brought about by strictly adhering to legalistic obligations, but by walking in the love of God through faith. We are justified, saved, and made righteous by our faith in Christ as a response to God’s love for us. Our relationship with God through faith defines who we are, rather than our attempts to be right with God by obeying ceremonial laws.

We express our faith in God by showing love to one another. While we pay attention to and obey God’s instructions in faith, it’s our acts of love and compassion that demonstrate our knowledge and belief in God. As we walk with God in obedience and faith, His nature and character rub off on us. Ultimately, it’s our good works of compassion, borne out of love, that determine if our walk with God is one of faith.

Let us pray:

Dear Lord, almighty Heavenly Father, thank You for the privilege to walk with You in faith. Thank You for making me fit to be called by Your name and be made righteous with You. I’m so very grateful to You for the sacrifice of your beloved Son Jesus that justified me thus making it possible for me to serve You without restrictions. Dear Lord, almighty Heavenly Father I ask for a heart that delights in the things that bring You pleasure. I ask for the grace to obey Your commands as a proof of my faith in You. Draw me closer to You as I continue to commune with You in prayer and throughout Your marvelous righteous word. Help me represent You and show Your love to the world around me. I pray this throughout the mighty glorious fulfilling name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Much LoVe, JoY, Peace and Blessings through Jesus Christ, our almighty wonderful, infinite loving, glorious, dear Lord, Saviour and Redeemer, in who we faithfully abide, trust, believe, and abundantly do receive throughout His marvelous righteous Word and His truth fulfilling Holy Spirit.
