Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass. “Zechariah 9:9‘

As easy as it sounds, rejoicing is not always easy thing to do. There are many people that have thousand of reasons not to rejoice. Inflation is hitting the roof; all manner of physical and mental illnesses are ravaging people’s lives; darkness seems to overshadow the little ray of hope and joy that keeps people going.

However, in this beautiful season of festive lights, God’s marvelous, righteous,
Inspiring Word encourages you to rejoice greatly and express your joy to our Lord almighty. Why? Because there is great hope for you. Amidst the challenges and the thick darkness, God’s mighty, glorious promises assure us, in spirit and in truth of a glorious future that outshines even the brightest star.

The King, Jesus, is coming with justice and salvation on His wings. He will deliver you from life’s issues and the enemy’s oppression, and save your soul. The amazing thing about our Lord Jesus is that He will come to you to save you. He doesn’t need your gifts or money. All He needs is your heart. He desires you to believe that He is more than able to save, deliver and bless you.

Prepare your heart for the coming of the King. Do not allow the storms and fire you are passing through to consume you and steal your joy. Instead, fix your eyes upon the Lord, Jesus Christ who can restore you on all sides.

Dear Lord, almighty Heavenly Father, thank You for Your marvelous, righteous Word, assuring me that You will not forsake me but will come to me throughout Your infinite love to save and deliver me. I ask that You fill my heart with Your love, joy and  peace as I wait to receive You in spirit and in truth. Let Your joy make my heart leap like a deer, and let laughter never leave my mouth. Help me to fix my eyes on You always and not on my circumstances. Thank you dear Lord, almighty Heavenly Father. I pray this throughout the mighty, glorious, fulfilling name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
