Forgiveness and continuing with our almight dear HEAVENLY FATHER

Forgiveness is a central theme in the Christian faith, and the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible offers profound insights into how we can forgive and continue our journey with our almighty dear HEAVENLY FATHER. In this study, we will explore key scriptures that teach us about forgiveness and how to maintain a close relationship with GOD, even in the midst of our struggles.

Scripture Study Verses:

1. “For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” (Matthew 6:14-15)

Forgiveness is not just an option; it is a commandment. When we forgive others, we open the door for GOD to forgive us. Holding onto bitterness and resentment can hinder our relationship with GOD. Forgiveness is a key to unlocking GOD’S blessings in our lives.

2. “And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as GOD for CHRIST’S sake hath forgiven you.” (Ephesians 4:32)

GOD’S forgiveness towards us is a model for how we should forgive others. He has shown us immense grace and mercy, and we are called to extend the same to those who have wronged us. Kindness and tenderness should characterize our interactions, especially when forgiveness is needed.

3. “Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.”
(Colossians 3:13)

Forgiveness is not a one-time act but a continuous process. We are to bear with one another and forgive as CHRIST forgave us. This requires patience, understanding, and a willingness to let go of past hurts. By doing so, we align ourselves with CHRIST’S example and deepen our relationship with GOD.

4. “As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.” (Psalms 103:12 )

GOD’S forgiveness is complete and final. When He forgives, He removes our sins as far as the east is from the west. This should encourage us to forgive others with the same completeness and finality. Knowing with a trustworthy, peacefully understanding that GOD has forgiven us and that it should motivate us to extend that same grace to others.

5. “Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven.” (Luke 6:37)

Judgment and condemnation have no place in the life of a believer. Instead, we are called to forgive. When we judge and condemn others, we invite the same treatment for ourselves. Forgiveness, on the other hand, opens the door to GOD’S forgiveness and blessings.

Let’s Summarize this Bible Study on Forgiveness:

Forgiveness is a powerful act that not only heals our relationships with others but also strengthens our relationship with GOD. By forgiving as GOD has forgiven us, we align ourselves with His divine will and experience His blessings. Forgiveness is not easy, but it is essential for our spiritual growth and well-being. As we continue our journey with our almighty dear HEAVENLY FATHER’, let us remember to forgive freely and completely, just as He has forgiven us.

Let us lift our request in prayers before GOD’S throne-room:

Dear LORD, almighty HEAVENLY  FATHER, We come before You’re throne-room today with hearts full of gratitude for Your unfailing love and forgiveness. We thank You for the example of forgiveness that You have shown us through Your beloved dear Son, JESUS CHRIST. Help us to forgive others as You have forgiven us, with a heart that is kind, tender, and merciful. LORD, we ask for Your strength and grace to let go of any bitterness or resentment that we may be holding onto. Help us to forgive completely and finally, just as You have removed our transgressions from us. Guide us to judge not, condemn not, but to forgive freely. Dear LORD, almighty HEAVENLY FATHER’, as we continue our journey with You, help us to walk in Your ways and to reflect Your infinite love and forgiveness to those around us. May our lives be a testament to Your grace and mercy, and may we be a blessing to others as we have been blessed by You. Thank You dear LORD, almighty HEAVENLY FATHER’, we pray this throughout the mighty, glorious, fulfilling name of JESUS CHRIST, Amen!

Much LoVe, JoY, Peace and Blessings to You, through JESUS CHRIST, our almighty, fulfilling dear LORD, SAVIOUR and REDEEMER!
