Verse 1: Come unto Me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28-30)

JESUS invites all of us, especially those weighed down by life’s burdens, to come to Him. This verse reassures us that in our moments of despair, we are not alone; as rest awaits us in His loving dear presence.

Verse 2: “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto GOD. And the peace of GOD, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through CHRIST JESUS.” (Philippians 4:6-7)

This passage teaches and give us the importance of prayer and gratitude. By presenting our worries to GOD, we invite His peace into our hearts. His peace transcends our understanding and protects us amidst circumstances.

Verse 3: “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.” (Isaiah 26:3)

Here, we see clearly the key to perfect peace: keeping our focus on GOD. Trusting in Him allows us to experience tranquility, even when the world around us feels chaotic.

Verse 4: “Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” (1 Peter 5:7)

This verse does encourages us to unload our burdens onto the LORD almighty who cares deeply for us, and by surrendering our worries, we free ourselves from the heaviness they bring.
