“Knowing that CHRIST being raised from the dead dieth no more. Death hath no more dominion over Him.” (Romans 6:9)

Believers are already risen with CHRIST through faith, even though the full manifestation of that resurrection is future. Dear LORD, almighty HEAVENLY FATHER Help us, to truly comprehend the power of CHRIST’S rising. May we not merely observe this day as tradition, but may we experience the transformative reality of His resurrection in our daily lives. Strengthen our faith, that we might believe with our whole hearts that death has lost its sting and the grave its victory through CHRIST our LORD. Grant us the courage to confess CHRIST as our risen LORD and SAVIOUR. Help us to set our affections on things above, where CHRIST sits at Your right hand, living each day in the light of resurrection hope.
