What practical inspiring steps can we take to engage in self-observation with GOD:

Self-observation is a crucial aspect of our spiritual growth, allowing us as believers in CHRIST to reflect on our own thoughts, actions, and motivations in accordance with GOD’S marvelous Word. It’s my hope and prayer that this Bible study will get us into the profound key verses of the Bible, And that through GOD’S guidance we receive the practice of self-observation and insights on how to cultivate this essential discipline in our our lives.

Verse 1: “Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that JESUS CHRIST is in you, except ye be reprobates?” (2 Corinthians 13:5)

This verse calls us to actively engage in self examination. The Apostle Paul emphasizes the importance of assessing our faith and ensuring us that our lives should align with the teachings of CHRIST.

Self observation begins with a willingness to look inward and evaluate our spiritual condition.

Verse 2: “Search me, Oh GOD, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.”
(Psalms 139:23-2)

David’s heartfelt prayer highlights the desire for divine insight. By inviting GOD to search our hearts, we should acknowledge that self observation is not solely a personal endeavor but a spiritual one. This vers highlights and encourages us to seek GOD’S guidance in identifying areas that might need to change.

Verse 3: “Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the Lord.” (Lamentations 3:40)

This verse emphasizes the importance of reflection of Self-observation, It allows us to recognize that we are in need to search, receive and experience the the true of our almighty dear GOD.

By examining our thoughts and life, we can return to GOD, and ask Him to help and guide us, and become more aware of our true selves and our relationship with GOD

Verse 4: “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.” (James 1:22-24)

James warns against complacency in our spiritual lives. Self-observation involves not just hearing GOD’S marvelous Word, but actively we need to apply it. This verse clearly illustrates the importance of reflecting on our actions and ensuring they align in truth and our faith.

Verse 5:  “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of GOD.” (Romans 12:2)

This inspiring verse encourages us as believers to renew our minds through self-observation.
