In the quiet of dawn, when the world holds its breath, 
We gather our thoughts, in the stillness, we rest. With each passing hour, as hunger takes flight, Our spirits awaken, drawn closer to GOD’S glorious light.

Fasting, a journey, a sacred embrace, In the depths of our longing, we seek His fulfilling grace.  With every prayer lifted, like incense it soars, To the throne-room of mercy, where love ever pours. 

In the silence, we listen, to whispers divine, His Word, a balm soothing, our hearts intertwine. 
Empowered by promises, marvelous, true, Restoration unfolds, as we turn to renew. 

The chains of the past, like shadows, they fade, In the light of His presence, our fears are allayed. Healing flows gently, like rivers of peace, In the fast of the heart, our burdens release. 

So let us draw near, with our prayers as our guide, In the fast, we find strength, in His love, we abide. For in every moment, as we seek and we yearn, GOD’S marvelous Word is the fire that will burn. 

With each breath we take, let our spirits ascend, In the fast, we discover, He’s always our friend. Restoration and healing, in His presence we find, In the fast of the heart, we are lovingly aligned.
