Walking peacefully in the presence of GOD

BIBLE STUDY AUDIO PART 1/2

Hi and Welcome to a new Bible Study on “WALKING PEACEFULLY IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD

Let’s reason and take an inspiring verse by verse look, at the Bible study references below, followed with a summary, and uplifting prayer request, before GOD’s Holy throne-room:

A Scriptural Journey of Peace and Restoration:

“He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul.”
(Psalm 23:2-3)

VERSE I:

“Be still, and know that I am GOD.”
(Psalm 46:10)

The First Step Is Stillness:

Before healing can begin, GOD asks one simple thing of us, to be still. Not to strive, not to perform, not to fix. In a world that pulls us in every direction, stillness feels like weakness, yet in GOD’s kingdom it is the greatest act of trust. When we stop running from our past and stand quietly before HIM, we declare with our whole being: “LORD, I believe You are enough.” Healing does not begin with noise. It begins in the hush of a surrendered heart.

VERSE II:

“But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
(Isaiah 40:31)

Peace Comes to Those Who Wait on GOD:

Waiting is not wasting. When we learn to wait upon the LORD, not anxious, not distracted, but resting in quiet expectation, HE pours fresh strength into our tired bones. The eagle does not flap furiously; it spreads its wings and rises on the current beneath it. So too, the soul that rests in GOD is lifted by HIS power, not its own effort. Whatever has worn you down, grief, shame, confusion, fear, GOD promises that those who wait on HIM will soar again.

VERSE III:

“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
(John 14:27)

JESUS Our Anchor and Our Peace:

The peace JESUS offers is not the absence of storms. It is a stillness that lives inside the storm itself. The world’s peace depends on circumstances going right. CHRIST’s peace rests on a Person: HIMSELF. When we fix our eyes on JESUS as the anchor of our soul, the waves around us lose their power to terrify. No past mistake, no present trouble, no uncertain future can undo the peace HE places in a heart that trusts HIM fully.

VERSE IV:

“Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast.”
(Hebrews 6:19)

CHRIST The Anchor That Will Never Move:

When life has shaken everything we thought was solid, there remains one thing that cannot be moved. JESUS CHRIST. HE is the anchor of our soul, set not in the sands of changing feelings or fading circumstances, but in the eternal bedrock of GOD’s own promise. No matter what your past holds, no matter how many times the waves have pushed you off course, the anchor holds. You are not adrift. You are held.

VERSE V:

“And the LORD GOD formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.”
(Genesis 2:7)

When We Breathe GOD’s Breath, We Truly Live:

From the very beginning, GOD’s desire was to breathe HIS own life into us. Without HIS breath we are dust, shaped but not alive. As we walk in stillness with HIM, we begin to breathe again, not the shallow breath of a world driven by rush and fear, but the deep, restoring breath of the Almighty. Each moment we draw near to HIM in prayer and quiet, HE breathes new life into the broken places, filling us with purpose, identity, and joy that the world cannot manufacture.

VERSE VI:

“For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son.”
(Romans 8:29)

Shaped into HIS Image, Day by Day:

GOD’s great dream for every one of us is not merely that we survive our past. It is that we become like HIS Son, JESUS CHRIST. As we stop striving and allow HIS SPIRIT to do the slow, tender, faithful work within us, HE begins to reshape our character: gentleness where there was harshness, faith where there was fear, love where there was bitterness. We are clay in HIS hands. The potter does not rush. HE works with patience, pressing beauty into every scar.

VERSE VII:

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”
(Jeremiah 29:11)

HIS Thoughts Toward You Are Good:

Whatever your past has whispered about your worth, GOD declares something far louder: HIS thoughts toward you are thoughts of peace. Not punishment. Not abandonment. Peace, and a future filled with hope. HE has never once looked at you with regret. HE planned your restoration before your brokenness began. Walk peacefully, beloved, not because the road is easy, but because the One who planned your end is good all the way through.

VERSE VIII:

“And the peace of GOD, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through CHRIST JESUS.”
(Philippians 4:7)

A Peace That Guards Us from the Inside:

There is a peace so deep and so real that the human mind cannot fully explain it. It simply guards. It stands like a sentinel at the gate of your heart and mind, turning away the anxieties that rush to enter. This is not positive thinking or emotional self-control. It is a divine protection that flows through CHRIST JESUS when we surrender our worries to the FATHER in prayer. Peace becomes our armour, our rest, and our testimony to a world that is searching for exactly what GOD freely gives.

VERSE IX:

“But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed.”
(Isaiah 53:5)

Healing Was Already Purchased for You:

The healing you long for is not something you must earn, achieve, or beg for day after day. It was purchased, at great cost, with great love, on the cross of Calvary. JESUS bore every wound so that we might be made whole. Every sorrow carried, every shame endured, every fear faced. HE took it all upon HIMSELF so that you could walk free. You do not walk toward healing as if it is still far away. You walk in healing as one who has already been redeemed.

VERSE X:

“I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”
(John 10:10)

Abundance Is the FATHER’s Will for You:

GOD does not offer a half life or a barely surviving life. HE offers abundance, overflowing, uncontainable, glorious life. As we are shaped into the image of CHRIST, as we breathe HIS breath and walk in HIS peace, the FATHER opens HIS hands wide and pours out blessing upon blessing. Not only healing from the past, but joy in the present. Not only survival of yesterday, but a flourishing tomorrow. This is the life JESUS died to give you. Receive it. Walk in it. You were made for abundance.

let’s summarize this Bible Study together:

GOD’s invitation to us has always been beautifully simple: be still, and let ME heal you. In a world addicted to speed, noise, and distraction, the most radical thing a child of GOD can do is slow down, breathe deeply, and trust that the FATHER is already at work.

Our journey begins with stillness, choosing to stop running from our past and standing quietly before the GOD who already knows our story and loves us completely. As we wait on HIM, HE renews our strength and lifts us above the circumstances that once overwhelmed us.

At the very centre of our peace stands JESUS CHRIST, our anchor, unshakeable and eternal. HE does not leave us tossed by every wave of life. HE holds us firm, and in that holding, HE breathes HIS own life back into the dry and weary places within us.

Breath by breath, day by day, the HOLY SPIRIT shapes us into the image of GOD’s Son, not by force, but by love. Every scar becomes a story of HIS faithfulness. Every broken place becomes evidence of HIS healing hand. And the healing we walk in is not hoped for but already purchased: by the wounds of JESUS on the cross, we are made whole.

The FATHER’s thoughts toward us have always been thoughts of peace and a glorious future. HE invites us to walk, unhurried, unafraid, undistracted, into the abundant life that JESUS HIMSELF came to give. This is not a life we earn. It is a life we receive, with open and grateful hands.

BIBLE STUDY AUDIO PART 2/2

Let us humble ourselves, and lift our prayers request before GOD’s Holy Throne-room:

Dear LORD, almighty HEAVENLY FATHER’, I come before YOU right now and I choose to be still. I lay down the rush, the worry, the weight of every yesterday. I am tired of running, LORD and I am ready to rest in YOU. Thank You, dear LORD, almighty HEAVENLY FATHER, that YOUR thoughts toward me are thoughts of peace and not of harm. Thank You that before I drew a single breath, You already planned my restoration. I choose today to believe that, even when my feelings have not caught up yet. Dear almighty, LORD JESUS, be the anchor of my soul. Hold me fast when the waves rise. Let Your peace, the peace that passes all understanding, stand guard over my heart and mind. Let me fix my eyes on You alone and find that You are more than enough. HOLY SPIRIT, breathe on me now. Fill every dry and broken place within me with the life of GOD. Shape me, gently and faithfully, into the image of JESUS CHRIST. Let patience grow where fear once lived. Let love replace every wound that bitterness left behind.
Dear LORD, almighty HEAVENLY FATHER, I receive my healing, not because I have earned it, but because JESUS already paid for it. I walk today not toward wholeness, but in wholeness, because HIS stripes have already made me well. Let me walk peacefully, LORD. Unhurried. Undistracted. Anchored in You. And may my life become a living testimony that You are the GOD who restores, the GOD who heals, and the GOD whose abundance has no end. Thank You dear LORD almighty HEAVENLY FATHER’, Hear my requested prayers, throughout  the mighty glorious fulfilling name of JESUS CHRIST. AMEN!

“He restoreth my soul.”
(Psalm 23:3)

Much LoVe, JoY, Peace and Blessings to You, through JESUS CHRIST, our almighty, fulfilling dear LORD, SAVIOUR and REDEEMER!
