Let’s reason and take an inspiring verse by verse look, at the Bible study references below, followed with a summary, and uplifting prayer request, before GOD’s Holy throne-room:

Introduction:

In an age wherein the spirit of confusion walketh abroad, and the voices of many crying in the wilderness do multiply, it behooveth the children of GOD to gird up the loins of their minds, and to try the spirits whether they be of GOD. For the enemy cometh not always as a roaring lion, but oftentimes as an angel of light, spreading nets of subtlety wherein the unwary soul may be entangled. Let us therefore turn to the unchanging oracles of GOD, that we may have our senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

Verse 1) The Nature of Deception:

And JESUS answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am christ; and shall deceive many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. (Matthew 24:4-8)

The LORD JESUS, knowing the frailty of the human heart and the cunning of the adversary, beginneth His discourse on the last things with this solemn warning: Take heed that no man deceive you. Not take heed lest ye be persecuted, nor take heed lest ye suffer, but first and foremost, take heed that no man deceive you.

Deception is the peculiar peril of the last days. When pestilences are spoken of, and rumours of wars abound, the temptation is great to fix our eyes upon the outward calamity, while the inward corruption of false doctrine worketh its poison unseen. The cult of fear is ancient; it hath ever been the devil’s device to so fixate the mind upon the visible threat that the soul loseth sight of the invisible Truth.

Consider how the rulers of this world, whether in the halls of medicine or the corridors of power, do ever seek to establish new priesthoods, new orthodoxies, new objects of worship. The serpent in the garden asked, Yea, hath GOD said? Even so now, the question is whispered: Hath truth said? Hath science said? Hath the expert said? And the people, weary and fearful, do bow down to graven images of data and doctrine, forgetting that the LORD sitteth upon His Throne, and remaineth, LORD of LORD’s King of Kings forevermore!

Verse 2) The Spirit of Fear vs. The Spirit of Power:

For GOD hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7)

When the prophet speaketh of a nation transformed into a cemetery, of hope departed and solemn dread enthroned, we must ask: By what spirit is this accomplished? The spirit of fear is the great leveler of nations, the great silencer of tongues, the great binder of consciences. It is the chain that fetters the mind before the body is ever imprisoned.

But mark well the contrast: GOD hath not given us this spirit. The SPIRIT of the LORD is not a spirit of dread, of panic, of unreasoning submission to every edict that cometh down from on high under the guise of safety. Nay, the SPIRIT given is one of power, power to resist the lies of the age; of love, love that casteth out fear; and of a sound mind, a mind able to examine, to question, to reason, to refuse the madness of the multitude.

When the high places are occupied by the children of this world, who would rule through ritual and pageantry, who would cloak themselves in the vestments of authority while serving strange gods of safety and submission, the child of GOD must remember: We have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear, but the SPIRIT of adoption, whereby we cry, ABBA, FATHER.

Verse 3) Testing the Spirits:

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of GOD: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the SPIRIT of GOD: Every spirit that confesseth that JESUS CHRIST is come in the flesh is of GOD: And every spirit that confesseth not that JESUS CHRIST is come in the flesh is not of GOD: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. (1 John 4:1-3)

The apostle commandeth not mere skepticism, but discernment. There is a holy cynicism, a sanctified suspicion of all that glitters with the gold of this world. When the narratives multiply, and the revelations come thick and fast, each claiming to be the key that unlocketh the mystery of the age, the believer must have a standard by which to measure.

The spirit of antichrist is not always openly hostile; it is often subtly substitutionary. It offereth new Messiahs, new saviors in the form of science, of politics, of medicine, of movement. It crieth, Here is hope! Here is salvation! Here is the turning point! But the turning is away from the Ancient of Days, and toward the creature rather than the CREATOR.

Try the spirits, beloved. Not every whistleblower speaketh truth; not every conspiracy is fantasy; not every official narrative is false. But all must be tested at the Word of Scripture and the witness of the HOLY SPIRIT. Is JESUS CHRIST, crucified, risen, reigning, central? Or is HE conveniently absent from the analysis? That absence is the tell-tale sign of the spirit of error.

Verse 4) The Truth That Liberates:

And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. (John 8:32)

In a land where truth is buried in silty riverbeds, where facts are lost like fragments in warrens of confusion, there remaineth one Truth immutable. The LORD JESUS saith not merely that truth shall free, but that knowing the truth shall free. Knowledge here is not the accumulation of facts about the families of the powerful, or the medical industry, or the cults of disease, knowledge here is the intimate acquaintance with the Person who is Truth.

The obsession with the hidden things, whistleblowers, scandals, and the secret sins of those in high places, can become itself a snare. For the enemy’s finest trick is to make the conspiracy theorist as much a slave as the conspiracy victim. Both are bound by the same chain: the chain of looking sideways at the machinations of men, rather than upward to the throne of GOD.

Yes, expose the works of darkness. Yes, bring to light the hidden things of dishonesty. But remember: The rehabilitation of any man, whether the son of the mighty or the leader of movements or the vilest sinner, must begin with the rehabilitation that cometh only through repentance and faith in the LORD JESUS CHRIST. Political redemption is not salvation. Exposing the darkness in others is not the same as walking in the light.

Verse 5) The Sovereignty of the Most High:

He removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding. (Daniel 2:21)

When the nation seemeth to have died, when the transfer of power looketh like a funeral, when the high places are occupied by the unworthy, remember this: The MOST HIGH ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever HE will. The Satanic pageantry, though it appall the eye, is not outside the council of the ALMIGHTY.

Did the nation die in the recent year? Or was it already dead in its trespasses and sins long before? The nations of this world, like all earthly kingdoms, are but as grass that withereth, a flower that fadeth. The kingdom that cannot be shaken is the kingdom of GOD. The inauguration that mattereth eternally is the day when CHRIST was raised from the dead and inaugurated as KING of kings.

Fear not the transformation rituals of the world. Fear not the new deities they would erect, whether virus or vaccine, expert or algorithm. These are but the beast and the image, and they shall pass away. The LORD that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh; the LORD shall have them in derision. For HE hath set HIS KING upon HIS holy hill of Zion.

Verse 6) The Call to Come Out:

And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and GOD hath remembered her iniquities. (Revelation 18:4-5)

Mystery Babylon is not one nation, but the spirit of the world, the cult of human achievement, the worship of the creature, the endless cycle of shame and revelation, exposure and cover-up, that characterizeth the age. And to the people of GOD, the call is clear: Come out of her.

Come out of the cult of disease. Come out of the cult of fear. Come out of the cult of politics left and right. Come out of the cult of conspiracy that is merely the mirror image of the cult of officialdom. Come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the LORD, and touch not the unclean thing.

The rehabilitation that is needed is not of the children of the powerful, but thine own. The exposure that is needed is not of the deep state’s secrets, but of thine own heart’s deceitfulness. The turning point that is required is not political, but spiritual, a turning from the world, the flesh, and the devil, unto the living GOD.

Verse 7) Standing Fast in Liberty:

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith CHRIST hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. (Galatians 5:1)

The yoke of bondage cometh in many forms. Sometimes it is the mask of compliance. Sometimes it is the mask of rebellion. Both can be yokes if they take the place of simple obedience to CHRIST. The Christian is called to liberty, not the liberty of the libertine, nor the liberty of the anarchist, but the glorious liberty of the sons of GOD.

Stand fast. When the spell-makers would have thee hyper-focus on the wrong thing, look to JESUS, the author and finisher of faith. When the shame-cycle would entangle thee in endless outrage, remember that there is now no condemnation to them which are in CHRIST JESUS. When the nations rage and the peoples imagine a vain thing, set your affection on things above, where CHRIST sitteth at the right hand of GOD.

This is the true shaking, that which removeth the things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. Let us have grace, whereby we may serve GOD acceptably with reverence and godly fear: for our GOD is a consuming fire.

Let’s summarize this Bible Study together:

We have considered in this study the perilous times in which we live, wherein deception walketh openly, and the spirit of fear seeketh to establish dominion over the minds of men. We have seen that the Christian’s calling is not to be the smartest conspiracy theorist, nor the most compliant citizen, but the most faithful disciple, one who trieth the spirits, who standeth fast in liberty, who looketh not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen.

The ceremonies of worldly power, whether satanic pageant or political theater, are not the funeral of GOD’S purposes. The cults of disease and the cults of safety are but twin expressions of the ancient cult of the creature worshipping itself. The answer to all is the same: JESUS CHRIST, the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Be not entangled. Be not deceived. Be not afraid. The LORD GOD omnipotent reigneth. And HE shall reign until HE hath put all enemies under HIS feet. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is satan, In CHRIST, these are already overcome.

Let’s humble ourselves, and lift our prayer requested before GOD’s Holy Throne-Room:

O LORD GOD Almighty, HEAVENLY FATHER, GOD of Truth and Righteousness, In this age overflowing with lies and deceit, YOU alone are our certainty and our sure foundation. In this season of fear and trembling, YOU only are our confidence and our refuge. We come before YOUR throne with humble hearts, confessing that we have allowed ourselves to be distracted by the schemes and machinations of men. We have lost sight of YOUR sovereign hand that rules over all, and in our foolishness, we have wasted precious hours wandering in rabbit warrens of empty speculation and vain curiosity. While we chased shadows, the pearl of the great price of YOUR beloved and only begoten dear SON, YOUR Truth, YOUR Kingdom lay neglected in our field. Forgive us, O GOD, for this grievous error. Cleanse us from the sin of distraction and the folly of worldly wisdom.We beseech YOU, O FATHER, pour out upon us YOUR HOLY SPIRIT of wisdom and revelation. Open the eyes of our understanding that we may truly know YOU, the only true GOD, and JESUS CHRIST whom YOU have sent. Grant us spiritual discernment to see through the spells and enchantments of this world whether they wear the mask of science, the cloak of superstition, the authority of official narrative, or the rebellion of alternative theory. Teach us to try every spirit, to test all things against YOUR unchanging Word, and to hold fast without compromise to that which is true, noble, pure, and of good report.
We lift up to YOU those who are trapped in cults of every kind the cults of disease that worship sickness and fear, the cults of politics that worship power and ideology, the cults of personality that worship created beings, and the cults of conspiracy that worship hidden knowledge. Release them, O LORD, by the power of YOUR Truth. Break every chain of deception. Open blind eyes. Set the captives free. We pray for the rulers of this world, for kings and presidents, for governors and judges, for all in authority. Let them be converted to YOUR truth, or if they will not bend their knees to YOU, let them be removed according to YOUR sovereign will. Establish YOUR throne in the affairs of men. We pray for the healing of the nations, knowing that no political solution, no medical breakthrough, and no human reform can truly heal what sin has broken. Only YOU can heal. Let the leaves of the tree of life, which YOU have planted for the healing of the nations, be applied to their wounds. Dear LORD, almighty HEAVENLY FATHER’, who reigns and is to come, lift up our heads in this hour. Strengthen our weary hearts. For our redemption draweth nigh. The coming of our LORD JESUS CHRIST is at the door. Let YOUR Kingdom come in power. Let YOUR divine will be done on earth as it is in Heaven, perfectly and completely, without delay. Thank You dear LORD, Almighty HEAVENLY FATHER’. Hear our prayers throughout the mighty, glorious, fulfilling name, of JESUS’ CHRIST, AMEN!
